Pessebre Vivent

A group of red rocks that crown Corbera de Llobregat (Barcelona) has, for the last fifty years, been the background of what is considered to be the first living Nativity in Catalonia. However, the origin of this celebration is to be found in another popular festival. Was represented for the first time on December 24th 1962. From that time onwards it has been held, uninterrupted, every year, between the first Saturday of December and the second Sunday of January.
